Copyright and Brand Name Usage Policy
All materials contained on this website are the copyrighted property of Richell USA, Inc., or its subsidiaries and/or affiliates and are protected by federal law against unauthorized copying and reproduction. Materials may include, but are not limited to, all text, graphics, photographs, images, line art, pictures and icons. Permission for their use is granted solely for the purpose of advertising Richell's respective products on the behalf of authorized retailers and distributors. No other license or permission is granted.

Richell®" and (4) all patented Richell products must be properly marked using the word “Patent” or the abbreviation “Pat.” followed by the U. S. patent number. Example: Richell USA’s Freestanding Pet Gate must be properly marked with “U.S. Patent No. 7, 568,449” and “U.S. Patent No. 7,739,983” in any material associated with this product.
